Södermalm

This is a 15 m2 room that is rented out in a 5 room apartment of 100 m2. Usage of kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment and in the house are included. All facilities are included such as electricity and internet wi-fi, heat and water. The apartment is located at Södermalm close to Hornstull and communications: Subway and bus 4, which goes through the entire city. The furnishing is as follows: A 140x200cm bed, a desk, a printer shelf on wheels, 4 lamps, a bureau and a closet (not on any of the pictures), an armchair, internet and a TV. Further is included the usage of the kitchen (see photo) and bathroom, with washing-machine and dryer (see photo). The location is close to nearby nature: Tantolunden, nice clubs and and outdoor/night atmosphere at Bergsunds Strand, such as "Strand". Also it is relatively close to Mariatorget and the bars and clubs there. It's a 5 min walk to the subway station and there is a bus stop down the street 100m. The apartment is shared with my step father and potential other 1-2 guests in the other room which is rented out.
